  • Eti-zolam (marketed under the brand name Etilaam, Etizola, Sedekopan, Etizest, Pasaden or De-pas) is a benzodiazepine analog. The eti-zolam molecule differs from a benzodiazepine in that the benzene ring has been replaced by a thiophene ring and triazole ring has been fused, making the drug a thienotriazolodiazepine.Itpossesses amnesic, anxiolytic, anticonvulsant, hypnotic, sedative and skeletal muscle relaxant properties

Eti-zolam, a thienodiazepine derivative, is absorbed fairly rapidly, with peak plasma levels achieved between 30 minutes and 2 hours. It has a mean elimination half life of about 3.5 hours. Eti-zolam possesses potent hypnotic properties, and is comparable with other short-acting benzodiazepines. Eti-zolam acts as a full agonist at the benzodiazepine receptor to produce its range of therapeutic and adverse effects.

According to the Italian P.I. sheet[citation needed], eti-zolam belongs to a new class of diazepines, thienotriazolodiazepines. This new class is easily oxidized, rapidly metabolized, and has a lower risk of accumulation, even after prolonged treatment. Eti-zolam has an anxiolytic action about 6 times greater than that of dia-zepam.

Eti-zolam produces, especially at higher dosages, a reduction in time taken to fall asleep, an increase in total sleep time, and a reduction in the number of awakenings. During tests, there were no substantial changes in deep sleep; however, it may reduce REM sleep. In EEG tests of healthy volunteers, eti-zolam showed some similar characteristics to tricyclic antidepressants.

We persist in the management policy of People Oriented, and devote ourselves to providing the best products and services. The quality is the future market, the goodwill is the invisible market, the satisfaction of the customers is the eternal market. To center around the customers, providing the first-class products and services. To be guided by the market, create the perfect production and supply system.

Eti-zolam, sometimes classed perhaps erroneously as a research chemical, is a drug that is increasing in popularity. For many, it is a viable alternative to short acting anxiety medicine Xanax (Alpra-zolam).

Et-izolam tends to be sold online, by vendors who stock other "grey market" dru-gs like substitutedcathinones and synthetic cann-abinoids. Due to this association in the marketplace, it probably has gained reputation as a so called "research chemical".

However, Eti-zolam is actually a medication that is legal to prescribe and posses in many Western countries such as Italy and Japan.

This distinguishes it from being a research chemical, in that it has a legitimate medical use, and was not created to bypass drug laws.

In the USA, Eti-zolam is hardly ever prescribed by mainstream doctors, and would be unlikely to be found in the inventory of even the best stocked pharmacy.

This is the reason it has largely been overlooked by drug enforcement in the States. They tend to be more concerned about the abuse of prescribed benzodiazepines such as Valium (dia-zepam) and Xanax(alpr-azolam).

The legislation until recently has reflected this, with the law not making specific mention to Eti-zolam, which is technically a "thienotriazolodiazepine" and not a "benzodiazepine".

Thus Eti-zolam was freely available for sale to many States, through research chemical vendors.

Owing to the surge in popularity of Eti-zolam however, it has been made illegal in 6 States, with the list of States prohibiting its purchase likely to grow.
